Fragments of Memory's Flame

Fragments of Memory's Flame is a VR Narrative Experience where two characters take you on a trip down memory lane. Taking place at a campsite, conversations about loss spark up and you get to experience a bit of what they experienced in their past.

Grief is universal, and talking about loss can be a hard topic. Some would even call it a taboo. But sometimes one may find that talking about it in a safe space could help you process your feelings. Others may find that listening to other people's their experience may lead to understanding, and the feeling of not going through it alone. This project aims to showcase the latter.

This game is a Minimum Viable Product, showcasing two unique stories based on real experiences.

- Fragments of Memory's Flame is build in Unity, using the XR Interaction Toolkit.

- All of the dialogue was written in Obsidian.

- All of the dialogue is implemented as a collection of abstract classes known as Scriptable Objects

This experience does NOT include the output of generative AI, the story, all art, and music is handmade.
